Fallpräsentation: Frettchen

(04.05.2005) Universität für Veterinärmedizin Wien - Dental Rounds Protokoll vom 29. April 2005

Teilnehmer:

Fallpräsentation: Frettchen DDr. Camil Stoian
DI Peter Schramel
Mag. Katrin Schrott
Mag. Rainer Lorenz
Mag. Helene Widmann

Dauer: 8.05 – 9.00 Uhr

Dissertation Helene Widmann: Check the guidelines of Helenes thesis; corrections by Hubert and Camil;

Dissertation Rainer Lorenz: arbeitet nun schon zwei Wochen auf der Bakteriologie; zwei Zähne werden untersucht; schon Streptokokken gefunden, gehören noch genauer differenziert; nach Pfingsten nächster Zahn in Arbeit; alle bisher ermittelten Daten können verwendet werden; Isolate könne eingefroren und bei Bedarf wieder aufgetaut werden;

Dissertation Katrin Schrott: Bogen für Zahnanamnese entwerfen; Pferdebesitzer vor Untersuchung ausfüllen lassen; Dental Consults von Hubert studieren, um Inspirationen für eine Verbesserung der Anamnesebögen zu erhalten; Menüverbesserung am Computer wäre dringend notwendig, irreführende Terminologie in Submenüs;

Frettchen, weibl., 7,5 a: Tumoröse Formation am linken Ohr; blutet sehr leicht und stark (Hinweis auf Malignität); Resektion des Tumors notwendig; anfangs Ligatur um Gefäß um Blutungen vorzubeugen; Neoplasma so weit wie möglich entfernt, leider nicht in toto möglich, da Gefahr von Beschädigung wichtiger Strukturen zu groß; ggr. Eiter im Inneren des Tumors; Maulraum: braungolden gefärbter Zahnstein zum Entfernen; Spindelzellkarzinom im linken Oberkiefer; Areal stark gerötet, bereits ggr. Infektion vorhanden; Prognose: Resektion des Spindelzellkarzinoms nicht möglich, hohe Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass bereits Metastasen vorliegen; Hinweise auf sehr aggressives Neoplasma, da verschiedene Aspekte vorhanden; Frettchen hat wahrscheinlich noch ein paar Monate mit rel. gutem Allgemeinbefinden vor sich. Sobald sich das Befinden jedoch verschlechtert, raten wir aufgrund des äußerst aggressiven Tumors zur Euthanasie;
